Weekly Woofs 13: The Border Collie Diaries

Easter Holidays

I hope you all had a great time over Easter. I was out and about with my friends and family.

I also went to visit Nana in Wales. I always have a great time with Nana, she spoils me! We had reasonable weather down there, managed to go for a dry big walk around the Dare Country Park, up and around Tarren Y Bwllfa on the Penrhiwllech Trail. I had great views of the valley from up there. On the way up I bumped into quite a few of the local Border Collies, all taking their owners for a big morning hike. Popular place for us Collies. I even managed to find a few places to swim.

Cold it was though!

Here are some of my pictures from the walk:

I was back at work last week, I only worked for fours days as we had Friday off as a rest day. We had a lot of fun last week, not too much rain to contend with. Everyone who came was pleased to see me and the Boss after the Easter holidays, some of the team are still on holidays.

On Saturday we did a 23km hike around Maidenhead. We followed the Maidenhead Boundary Walk starting and finishing at Boulters Lock Car Park. Stan and I were a bit tired afterwards. Seamus joined us at the start but he had to go home early as he was going out for lunch. The Boss said we raised lots of money for charity so that was good as I was done for on Saturday night!

It was a great day out and you can find my picture blog on our Instagram and on my Facebook page https://www.instagram.com/colliecapersuk/ and https://www.facebook.com/CollieCapers

We are back to normal this week so I will let you all know how the rest of the week goes on Friday.

Take Care everyone, don't forget to follow me on social media. You'll find some great fun videos on our Tik Tok account. I really need my socials to be buzzing!

Love Zac x
